Last week, we talked about the importance of defining your Audience and building out customer Personas. Today, let’s go a step further: how do we track the way that our customers interact with us – before, during and after the purchase?
The answer are Sales Funnels and Customer Journeys. Both of these tools have become quite popular among marketeers and entrepreneurs, but I still think not enough people are really utilizing them. So in today’s video, I first run through the difference between a Funnel and a Customer Joureny, and then talk about the value and benefit that each of them brings.
